Power of Breath
Even a simple act of breathing can become difficult when we are stressed. Stress is rather unavoidable and it triggers a chain reaction that changes the body. What is in our control: is to respond to it with deepening the breath. To be aware of your own breath might appear as the art. The last moments of the exhale are so powerful if you decide to notice it.
